Happy Birthday Dad!!

Sonya here...just sending out a "personal" Happy Birthday to my Dad.

If it were not for this wonderful man who is my father, I would never have become the woman I am today. (OK Dad...grab a tissue...LOL)
My Dad has a heart for God and has raised us to see the importance of others before ourselves. He is kind and loving and always willing to share a smile or a hug. He has taught me that life is never perfect and there are many hurdles along the journey, but if we take a moment to celebrate the little things and to see the good in life, than the joy of knowing and serving Jesus is evident in how we live our lives.
Dad, I am your forever firstborn and love you very much!

Camp life is going OK. It's beautiful weather here with the sunshine and temperatures in the plus marks. April is our in between season and it's too muddy to have groups here so we are enjoying a few days off. It's time to rest up and get ready for the busyness of 3 groups per week that starts May 1st. for May and June and then the major craziness of summer sets in.
