Camp Facts

We have the board of directors coming this weekend so it was necessary to prepare a report. Interestingly enough this is what we've learned about the Red Rock Kitchen.
Since arriving on Oct. 1/07

In 7 months we:
Drank over 1,614 litres of 1% milk
Served over 1,269 guests (not including FT satff and project crew)
Cracked over 3,480 eggs
Fried over 575 KG of french fries
Washed over 235 heads of romaine lettuce
Ate over 4,272 pieces of pizza
Worked over 1,940 hours in the kitchen

Whew...no wonder we are often tired!
